Links are what connect everything together and control timing.
Creating Links #

Clicking and dragging off of any node will create a link.
Mode 1 – Timing #

Clicking and dragging the timing elements onto the slot locations will control how long a link takes to activate the next node. Each dot on the face of the element represents a quarter beat. So 4 quarter beats is the same as 1 beat. A starter node for instance pulses every 4 beats. To synchronize to a starter node you would use 2 elements with 8 dots on them. This will hopefully become clearer and pretty intuitive after a playing around for a little bit on your own.
Mode 2 – Activation and Quick Edits #

On off activation

Flips the direction of the link

Splits a link in half and will also split the timing. It tries to copy from the start node to insert a new node in the middle. Sometimes this can be a bit annoying.
Mode 3 – Change Start and End Nodes #

Change the start node. Turns on link edit mode which will allow you to select a new node to be the start node.

Change the end node. Turns on link edit mode which will allow you to select a new node to be the end node.
